Occasionally, a prospect may return your call or reach out to your organization and indicate interest after you have Disqualified or Closed the record. You don't need to go through the work of recreating these records.
1. Reactivating a Lead
Start by opening the Lead record. If you have trouble finding it, change the view to Inactive Leads. Then, click Reactivate Lead in the top toolbar.
2. Reactivating an Opportunity
Again, navigate to the Opportunity, then click Reopen Opportunity in the top toolbar.
