1. Applicants will select the link on the portal to Apply for the Certification Type.
3. If the candidate already filled out the qualifier form in the past, this step will be skipped and they will be brought to the Application Type selection page.
4. If you have more than one Initial Certification Application Type record associated with the Certification Type, the applicant will be prompted to choose one. Otherwise, they can select the default.
5. If a Certification Fee record has a Product with Price List Items that are linked to Price Lists set up with an alternative currency, applicants will be prompted to choose a currency.
6. If you have more than one Certification Fee record associated with the Application Type, the applicant will be prompted to choose one. Otherwise, they can select the default.
8. If the Certification requires a Degree, the candidate will be prompted to fill out the education page.
9. If an Existing Certification is required, the applicant will view the certification upload page.
10. If CE Activities are required, the applicant will be prompted to upload their activities on this page.
11. If Work Experience is required, applicants will view the work experience upload page.
12. If exams offer special accommodations, applicants will have the option to submit any requests on this page.
13. If you have Terms and Conditions Specified the applicant will be prompted to agree on the next page.
15. Applicants will then be prompted to pay the Certification Application Fee if there is one.
17. A final review screen prompts the applicant to submit payment.
18. Applicant can print a receipt from the portal that includes the Certification Type, Application Requirements, Application Product Fee, and Payment.
