- Name - Name of the person who submitted the nomination and the election. If staff is creating the Nomination manually, this field will populate automatically once saved.
- Date Nominated - The date the nomination was entered.
- Election - Look up to the election record
- Nominator - The contact who submitted the nomination
- Form Response - If a form was set as a Nomination form, then the nominators answers will be related here.
- Title - Unique title for the list of nominations on the portal.
If the Election record had requirements then the Nomination record will have election requirements based on those types here.
