  • Date Nominated - The date the nomination was entered.
  • Election - Look up to the election record
  • Nominator - The contact who submitted the nomination
  • Form Response - If a form was set as a Nomination form, then the nominators answers will be related here.
  • Title - Unique title for the list of nominations on the portal.
