As of Cobalt 4.1, on the Exam Tile, a new page has been introduced to display information about upcoming and past exams for the candidate, including scores and any special accommodation requests. This page can be accessed via the Exams tile on the portal's home page.
Viewing the Exam Information
As a contact that has submitted an initial certification application, and registered for the exam, when I am logged into the portal I should be able to view my upcoming exam and related details.
The "View My Upcoming Exams" link will appear when the candidate has registered for a test, but has not yet taken yet. This link will take them to the Upcoming Exams page, which displays the type of exam they are scheduled to take, the site of the test (if one is selected), and any special accommodations they have been awarded.
Once the candidate has actually taken the exam and results are available, a "Review My Results" link will appear. The candidate will be able to identify if they are eligible to retake their exam (if failed), and if they are eligible for section-specific retakes. Upon clicking the "View My Results", candidates are taken to the Exam Results page, where they can see information about their past exams - the name of the test taken, the date of the test, and the overall result (Pass/Fail).
In this case, the contact did fail their exam.
To view the specifics of their exam, the candidate can click on the "View Details" button.
Which will take them to the specific Exam Results Details page, where they can see more specifics about their attempt, such as awarded accommodations and section results. In this instance, the candidate sees they failed the exam because they failed one of the sections.
This exam is eligible for Section Retakes, therefore the contact can register for the exam again on the progress tile. Once on the Test selection page, only the Failed section or a full retake will display.
Once the Retake Test Application is paid for, the Exam tile updates to view the new upcoming exam, as well as the previous results.
At this point, the contact completed and passed the retake. The Exam information page has updated to contain the newly passed section retake, as well as the existing failed full CDA exam.
