The Test Application Wizard guides an exam candidate through selecting a test, fee, and form (if applicable) to complete their application.
Data Set Up / Pre-requisites:
- An active Exam Type with a related Test
- Test should have Publish to Portal = Yes and at least one Test Fee
- Test Fee should have Publish to Portal = Yes and a related Form with at least one question. Test Fee should be related to an active published Product with appropriate price lists set up.
- An active Certification Type with related active Initial Certification Application Type and active Continuing Certification Application Type
- Initial Certification Application Type is set up so that it contains all required fields and related entities (e.g. fees)
- Initial Certification Application Type contains at least one related Requirement, where Mode = Exam
- Exam Requirement should have the "Exam Type" lookup populated to the Exam Type set up in prerequisites, and Automatically Generate Test Application = No.
Test Wizard Experience:
As an eligible candidate who has submitted their initial certification application, the next step in the application process is to register for my exam. When eligible, on the progress visualization tile, there will be a hyperlink to 'Register for your Exam'
Depending on which test application fees the candidate falls into, they will be able to select which test to take:
The candidate will also be prompted to choose a site, if configured, to take the test:
During the test application wizard, candidates can also request a special accommodation by selecting any special accommodation reasons.
