Document Reference
Below are the fields that are included in the Cobalt product. Depending on the version of code and any customization, the CRM may display somewhat differently.
Name: The friendly name of the document reference - this defaults to the name of the file and the date of the document.
Type: A lookup to the Document Reference Type that this document reference is related to.
File Name: The name of the file that was set by the user - this is not the name that is used for the file when stored externally, and is intended to be used as a friendly name by staff.
Location: This is the unique identifier for where this file is stored externally.
Download Link: This is the direct link that staff can access to download the file.
If the document reference is expired (status Inactive/Document Removed), this field is automatically cleared so that it is blank.
Number of Rows: This is the number of rows within the document - this is typically used only for testing vendor integrations.
Expiration Date: This is an optional date that gets automatically set by the system if the Document Reference Type has a retention length set.
Accounting Export: This is a lookup that is used only if the document reference is tied to accounting export results.
