As of 3.11+, we introduced the ability to send confirmation emails to registrants and the person doing the registration simultaneously, in the event of proxy registration.
Set Up
- Configure two Email Templates (How to create Email Templates article: Link)
- In Dynamics, click the gear icon in the top right corner, then click Advanced Settings from the drop-down
- Click the down arrow next "Settings" in the top toolbar
- Look under "Cobalt Settings" and click "Settings"
- Click the record in the grid to open the Settings record
- Set them in their corresponding fields in the Settings record
Process
Now when a contact goes through the registration process on behalf of someone else (Proxy registration) an email will be sent to the contact that was registered and the contact that actually went through the registering
