As of 3.11+, we added the ability to set up a score report for a given exam type, so that individuals can view their results from past test applications.
Set Up
Automatic publishing of results is configurable on an exam type-by-exam type basis.
Exam Type:
- Score Report Template - Lookup to a Cobalt Document Template (Instructions on creating Word Templates: Link)
- Auto Publish Results - Yes/No flag that determines if the Test (Test Application) should appear on the portal automatically when completed
Test Application:
- Publish to Portal - Yes/No flag that determines if the contact should see the results of the Test
Process
Once a portal user has gone through the Exam process and the respective Test Application record is either Passed or Failed(inactive), related information can be viewed by users in a new "Exam" tile on the portal - if no Exam information exists for that user, this tile will not appear.
Upon clicking Review My Results, portal users will be taken to the /Examination/Review.aspx page.
