As of 3.11+, we added the functionality for certificants to download or print out a certificate that denotes their certification status on the portal, utilizing a word template configured by staff to be used for the Certification entity

Process
Certification holders that have a Word Template attached to the Certification Type record will be able to see the "Download Certificate" link on the portal.
When you click this link, a PDF file will download and open on a separate tab.
