As of Cobalt 3.11+, we introduced the ability to collect candidate work experience when going through certain certification application pathways.
Set Up:
Settings:
- In Dynamics open the cog wheel on the top right and navigate to the Advanced Settings
- Open the Settings section
- Open the system's setting record (there should only be one)
- On the settings record locate the Work Experience Relevance field (ensure you are on the “Cobalt Certification Dynamics (Admin)” form)
This newly added field establishes if work experience is relevant to all Certification Types (ie. work experience records can be reused from one application to the next), or if work experience should be specific to that Certification Type (ie. new work experience records must be submitted per application - only work experience entered for the same Certification Type as the application will display).
Initial Certification Application Type:
- Experience Required (yes/no)
- Experience Required Term (picklist using global options)
- Experience Required Units (whole number)
Work Experience:
- Lookup to Contact
- Employer Name (text)
- Phone Number
- Address Fields
- Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Postal Code, Country
- Position (text)
- Supervisor (text)
- Can Results Be Released (yes/no)
