Customers can update the profile picture that is displayed on their profile on their own. A staff member is not needed to update the profile picture.
When a customer does not have any profile picture set, a placeholder will appear informing the customer that they can upload a picture.
The customer can drag and drop a picture from their computer onto the placeholder. The site will automatically upload the picture and set it as the customer’s profile picture. Note that the customer may need to refresh the page to see the change take effect. The customer can also click on their profile picture (or placeholder) to bring up a file selection window. The chosen picture will be uploaded and set as the customer’s profile picture.
The customer can also replace their existing profile picture in the same way. Simply drag and drop a picture onto the existing profile picture to replace it.
