Opening a Support Ticket with Microsoft

Microsoft makes it easy for you to open a support ticket directly from Dynamics 365. Follow these steps to open a support ticket through your organization's online UAT.

1. Login to the organization's online UAT

2. Open the App Launcher

The App Launcher is where all apps connected to Dynamics 365 will live, including the app for administrators.

2. Select the Administrator app

Note: An alternative way to access the Microsoft 365 Admin center is by going to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/, and logging in to your account.

4. Navigate to the Help & Support area

5. Click 'New Support Request'

6. Identify the product, environment, and problem

7. If prompted for more information, provide additional details.

8. Select Contact Support if solution is not found

9. Select a support plan

10. Enter details about support request

11. Enter contact information

12. Click 'Submit'
